Not everyone needs to see everything.
A treating clinician, physiotherapist, coach and athlete each have different reasons to use information. Syncore's role- and organization-aware model is designed to make those distinctions part of the workflow, not an afterthought.
Boundaries between teams
Membership and permission checks govern which organization can work with a case.
Traceable changes
Versioned records and audit events support review of important actions and decisions.
Time-limited sharing
Purpose-specific access grants can expire or be revoked when no longer appropriate.
Software supports the process. Clinicians make the decision.
Syncore does not diagnose, prescribe, predict injury or automatically clear an athlete for play. The medical team reviews evidence and remains responsible for clinical assessment and return-to-play decisions.
Trust has to be proven in the pilot.
Security features in code are only the starting point. A real-data implementation needs authorization testing, operational procedures, deployment checks and a documented agreement on the responsibilities of each organization.
We do not claim an external certification or completed production audit here. The exact processing arrangement and technical safeguards should be reviewed with each pilot partner before any real medical data enters the system.
